Steve's role is to oversee the youth development policy
at the club and has been involved in the recent necessary
changes to ensure the scheme's survival with drastically
reduced funding.
He is a founder member of the Supporters' Trust and is an elected
board member. Steve is also responsible for fan liaison and
he regularly represents the Club and Trust at supporter meetings
across the country.
Away from City, Steve runs a book keeping business and Bed &
Breakfast with his wife Carol.
