City were left frustrated after a stop-start performance at Kit Kat Crescent on Tuesday night. In a game which could have gone either way, Rushden shaded the first half but City edged the second and had several half chances to score but couldn't convert.
At the other end The Minstermen had to be at their best and a stunning point blank save earned City Keeper Michael Ingham the Pryers Solicitors Man of the Match award.
